ML Coaching with Lindsay
The Healthy Mindful Living Coaching’s intention is to assist people to lead a life in the present moment that welcomes change, increases overall happiness and decreases pain and suffering. Healthy Mindful Living is the ability to use knowledge, personal understanding, and simple meditative techniques to foster peace and happiness in ourselves. The coaching sessions will teach techniques to reduce stress, enhance attention, bring peace of mind, improve self-awareness, reduce physical pain, and live in the present moment. The 1:1 session, 60 minutes, is individualized to meet personal needs. Group and family sessions are available.
What We Can Do Together?
ML Coaching is a partnership with the client; I am there to help produce positive results, whether in their professional or personal lives. I will help people have a positive healthy mindset, ultimately improving the quality of their lives.
In most cases, a ML coach is required when the person is in a transitional phase and needs support for any of the following reasons:

What is Mindul Living "ML" Coaching?
Mindful Living Coaching focuses on an individual’s entire life as it relates to goal setting, outcome creation and change. In coaching, the assumption is that individuals are capable of generating their own solutions, while the coach provides a supportive, discovery-based framework. While positive emotions are typically the natural outcome of successful coaching, the primary focus is on creating Mindful Living strategies for changing your work or personal life.
In addition, the true emphasis in ML coaching is on action, accountability, and follow-through; it supports personal growth, professional growth, and development based on individually-initiated change, and working with the power of the present moment.
ML coaching is for aware people who known they can have success in their life, and choose to learn skills and techniques in order to move forward to recognize and make the changes they want in life.
